Strength Lab stores all user data (settings, maxes, workout sessions) exclusively in yourbrowser's localStorage. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, browser type, and general location. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information.

3. Cookies

We may use minimal cookies for analytics purposes and to remember your theme preference. No advertising cookies are used.

4. Advertising

This site may display advertisements via third-party ad networks in the future. These providers may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out through your browser settings.

5. Data Export & Deletion

You can export all your data as JSON at any time from the Settings panel. To delete all data, use the Reset button or clear your browser storage.
